A government treasury needed a complete view of existing and planned electronic banking services before implementing a treasury management system.

- Interviewed payment operations and technical stakeholders and traced payment files, transaction reports, connections, and bank services to their business purposes.
- Created a living architecture map that exposed critical dependencies, rationalization opportunities, and gaps against the future state.
- Developed implementation work breakdowns and acceptance test plans, separating direct treasury payments from bulk accounts-payable streams with different security and timing requirements.
Result
The assessment provided a practical transformation plan, clearer integration points, and a basis for identifying implementation deficiencies during acceptance testing.
